Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at MajorMajor, you will be key in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media to identify and engage with potential clients
Consultative Selling: Understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients and offer tailored solutions to address their challenges
Discovery Calls: Deliver compelling sales presentations and discuss our services to prospects, showcasing the value proposition
Appointment setting: lead prospects to the point that you will book time on the founder’s calendar.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Relationship Management: maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and transition them to the Account team.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including pipeline management, sales forecasts, and client interactions

Qualifications:

Atleast 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, focusing on delivering value to clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
