Job Summary: The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our products, identify their needs, and generate interest.
– Lead Generation: Utilize various tools and techniques to identify and qualify new leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers.
– Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
– Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide support throughout the sales cycle.
– Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position our products.
– Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the tech industry.
Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
