We are looking for a business development representative who has a driven and dynamic sales experience. The objective is to achieve business growth by expanding the customer base and introducing solar solutions to our customers in the United States.
The BDR is responsible for communicating with homeowners interested in solar to promote Solar panels, their programs, and their benefits, qualifying homeowners, and gathering and verifying information regarding their homes.
Specifically here’s what you’d be doing:
Qualification – Not every house in USA is qualified to go solar, you will follow the company standards to help the homeowners qualify for solar with no upfront cost
Create excitement – Homeowners might be interested, but not yet excited to go solar, you will use your secret sauce to get the client excited for the next step
Appointment Setting – You will be setting up the appointment with the homeowners and the solar experts depending on the homeowner’s preferred time.
Dialing – You’ll have the opportunity to use the company infrastructure to make 200-250 calls daily, engaging in 20-50 conversations per day, and finding opportunities.
Connecting – You’ll be a part of a sales representative team, all focused on the same goal. You’ll meet with the sales team daily/weekly to know where you’re at on the leaderboard, and most importantly focus on the tasks at hand.

For our BDR role, we’re looking for a specific type of person, someone who can be aggressive but friendly, and someone who never gives up.
The role will be a good fit if you:
Possess strong English communication skills
Have strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Comfortable in a quota-carrying sales role
This is a fully remote job
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years of experience in sales/call center/or customer facing position
Focused on hitting set targets, and self-motivated to get there.
Able to build relationships quickly, by building rapport with your prospects.
Open to feedback and coaching.
Familiar with Google Apps (Google Calendar, Google Chat, Google Sheets, Google Meet, Google Maps, Gmail, etc.)
Having experience with CRM and dialing software is a plus

Salary: Php30,000.00 – Php50,000.00 per month
