About the Role:

We are seeking a highly energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our sales efforts and expand our business. Your primary goal will be to increase outbound activities to schedule meetings with potential clients by engaging decision-makers within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), leveraging our proven sales methodologies and tools.

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients fitting the ICP.
Engage prospects across multiple channels such as email, phone, and LinkedIn, following Localyser’s proven Sales playbook.
Qualify leads with high precision and provide detailed prospect analysis to the sales team.
Maintain accurate prospect information in our CRM system.
Assist in developing sales strategies, pitches, and presentations, and manage social media outreach.
Support the Sales team in achieving quarterly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with targeted prospects.
Skills & Competencies:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in outbound sales or a similar “hunting” role.
Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Strong interpersonal skills and capability to engage with various management levels at prospective accounts.
Skilled in cold calling, email personalization, social selling, and multitasking across communication channels.
Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience in targeting mid-market groups in industries such as restaurants, retail, automotive, and gyms is highly advantageous.
