That’s our motto at Big Hammer Co – We sell demolition equipment. This position will be a key to our future success! You will be identifying leads, communicating with customers, helping with quotes, and even closing deals(AKA, making money)!

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative who is passionate about sales and eager to contribute to our team.

Position Details/benefits:
*Initially part-time with the potential to transition to full-time as performance progresses.
*Flexible working hours. ( We do have standard hours 5 -7 AM Eastern Time) Unlike other Filipino jobs, we do not require you to work overnight(unless you want to). This is a flexible position where work can be completed at your time convenience.
*On a day-to-day basis, you will communicate with the team. Every evening (morning in US eastern time) we will have a meeting to review our work and create a gameplan. This level of communication helps to ensure you understand the requests we provided all the help you need to succeed!
*no limit on wage/salary. We love our employees and really take care of them. We have incentives and this role will have a commission structure as well.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
-Self-starter with a proactive attitude towards work
-Ability to take direction and implement feedback effectively
-Strong knowledge of the sales process and experience in lead generation
-Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads
-Collaborate with Sales team to develop strategic approaches for lead generation
-Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads effectively
-Engage with potential clients to schedule appointments and follow up on leads
-Assist in creating sales materials and presentations as needed

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in sales, particularly in lead generation, is highly preferred
-Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
-Strong communication(written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Willingness to adapt to new strategies and techniques to drive sales growth
