Role Summary:

You’ll start as the cornerstone of this new department, poised to quickly evolve into leading a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and continuously refine our outbound email strategy to boost engagement and response rates. While we provide industry insights and initial scripts, your role will be pivotal in testing, improving, and innovating our approach.
– Craft and send 15-20 personalized video messages per day to potential clients, using clear and persuasive communication. – Your creativity and input in enhancing these scripts will be key to our success.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics and maintaining meticulous records in our CRM. Use this data to drive strategic decisions and implement data-driven improvements.
– In the short term, immerse yourself in the hands-on tasks needed to perfect our processes. As we gain confidence in the scalability of these processes, prepare to transition into a leadership role, guiding a growing team and setting a benchmark for excellence and innovation within Junglr.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
> 3+ years of experience in business development or a related field, with a focus on email marketing or outbound sales.
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
> Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and experience with CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM.
> Experience with video communication tools like Loom and familiarity with creating engaging video content.
> Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
> Proven track record of personal and professional growth, as well as the ability to lead and mentor others.
> Bonus: Experience with AI tools for sales enhancement, such as ChatGPT.

Compensation:
Expected Range: $900 to $1,200+ monthly, depending on past experience and demonstrated skills

> Base Salary: The role begins with a stable base salary as you contribute to refining and proving the effectiveness of our outbound email strategy. This initial phase is expected to last 2-3 months, but the timeline may accelerate depending on your ability to quickly generate results.
> Performance-Based Incentives: Following the refinement phase, compensation will increasingly be tied to specific performance metrics. This includes incentives based on the number of quality videos sent each day and additional bonuses for each successful appointment scheduled. The transition to this incentive-based compensation is dependent on the early success and development of the strategies you implement.
> Growth Opportunities: As you help to build and scale the outbound team, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation. We are committed to promoting from within, allowing you to advance your career and increase your earnings as you contribute to expanding our operations.
