Role Overview:
GiftShark is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team on a part-time basis. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients through well-crafted cold emails. Your goal will be to initiate conversations, nurture leads, and create interest in GiftShark’s innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
– Execute outbound B2B sales efforts by sending cold emails to potential clients using provided templates.
– Customize email templates to align with target audience’s pain points and needs.
– Craft persuasive subject lines and email content that captures recipients’ attention.
– Conduct research to identify and source relevant leads and decision-makers.
– Maintain accurate records of email outreach and responses in our CRM system.
– Collaborate with the sales team to refine email strategies and achieve sales targets.
– Provide regular feedback on email performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation.
– Familiarity with crafting and sending cold emails to generate interest and responses.
– Strong written communication skills with the ability to communicate value propositions effectively.
– Attention to detail and ability to customize templates for personalization.
– Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven approach to outreach.
– Ability to follow processes and guidelines for efficient email campaigns.
– Previous experience with LinkedIn outreach is a plus.
