When you walk in a room, does everyone know you, like you, and flock to you to say hello?

Are you a motivated self-starter who thrives on a competitive, energetic team?

Do you love solving problems and consider yourself a true people-person?

Final question: when faced with a challenge, do you get excited or run away?

Crisp is the #1 law firm growth company in America. We’re on a mission to help over 1,000 law firms grow by $1 million each by 2024. Our approach is to take everything we’ve learned generating massive growth in our own organization and help the country’s most ambitious law firm owners do the same for theirs. In short: Crisp helps law firm owners generate unprecedented growth in their businesses by equipping them with world-class video marketing and the industry’s top leadership & management coaching program.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a charismatic personality that allows you to instantly connect with just about anyone, and want to work collaboratively with a team of game changers, you might be the perfect fit for our Business Development Representative role.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, with support from the Sales Operations Manager, Business Development Representatives are responsible for qualifying prospects and converting key traffic for the success of our organization. They focus on three key areas of business opportunity: lead qualification and discover call scheduling.

This is an opportunity to shape Crisp’s future and make an impact on countless businesses around the country. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to facilitate relationships between ambitious business owners in the legal industry and us.

What you’ll do:

– Blowing up the phones in a strategic and meaningful way! Working smart with our dials, not a shotgun approach
– Making an impact through your communications (separating Crisp from other Brand, Marketing & Coaching Organizations). Show them why we are the best
– Working directly with prospective clients (law firms) to qualify them for our Programs by learning the basics of Crisp and scripts related to value selling
– Overcoming client objections during qualification calls
– Helping potential clients understand the value of Crisp and how we address their challenges as compared to any other growth strategy and coaching firm in the market
– Once qualified, scheduling appointments (“Strategy Sessions”) to be performed by our Account Executives — essentially, scheduling 1×1 conversations for prospects to identify their challenges & goals
– Leverage Hubspot and numerous other prospecting tools to drive efficiency (Calendly, Salesforce, Zoom, and similar)
– Delivering value and insight by asking intelligent questions that engage our prospects
– Interacting with leads and maintaining consistent followup. Most prospects reach out to us first (this isn’t 1980 and we’re not selling fax machines). Our marketing team will support lead generation via email, direct mail, social, and paid digital campaigns
– Building rapport with targeted prospective law firms by utilizing our content library and leveraging marketing resources (webinar invites, whitepapers and ebooks, case studies, sample videos, blog articles, podcasts, etc.)

What we’re looking for:
– Native-sounding written and spoken English is paramount
– Business Development Representatives, Sales Development Representative, Consultancy Services, Appointment Setter
– End results and tangible accomplishments
– Sales training (Sandler or similar)
– 2 – 3 years’ experience in a Sales-related role
– Be able to follow a detailed process that will drive success
– Possess impeccable organization in your day-to-day approach utilizing established tools
– Have an eye for details and a great memory
– Quick thinking and ability to pivot during live conversation
– Be fearless on the phone and not afraid of being told NO
– Have the ability to carry on intelligent conversation with legal professionals
– Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, SalesLoft, Zoom, etc. is a plus
– Have a fast-paced work ethic that empowers you to meet tight deadlines (24 hours deadline with a to-do list a mile long? No problem!)
– Sink or swim, self-directed, drive to “do the damn thing” – minimal supervision – we want someone to come in and drive immediate impact and tangible results
– Exhibit an infectious can-do attitude and an ability to pivot and change course on a dime
