Job Description:
Pactfolio is seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the Philippines market.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients in the Philippines market through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored Advertisement & Marketing solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Pactfolio’s services and capabilities effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and strategies to meet clients’ objectives and drive sales conversions.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of prior experience in a Business Development or Sales role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients effectively.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection and a laptop or PC.
