Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Target Potential Clients:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients within the United States.
Reach out to hiring managers, HR departments, and recruiting partners to understand their recruitment needs.
Lead Generation:

Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and networking events to generate leads.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential business contacts.
Client Engagement:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions for their recruitment needs.
Proposal Development:

Work closely with the internal team to develop customized proposals for clients.
Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms of business.
Market Analysis:

Keep abreast of industry trends, market competitors, and recruitment best practices.
Provide insights and suggestions for improving company offerings and enhancing business growth.
Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide regular sales forecasts and business updates to the management team.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus.
Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
