Rate: $6/hr, and earn up to 60,000 PHP +/month
Schedule:
– Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm EST with 30-min unpaid lunch and two paid 15-min breaks.
– Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm EST with 30-min unpaid lunch and two paid 15-min breaks.
As a BDR, you’ll spearhead our go-to-market strategy by identifying and qualifying leads, setting up meetings with inbound prospects, initiating outbound qualified meetings, and supporting the Sales and Customer Success teams.
Qualifications:
– Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with prospects and conveying the value of the company’s products or services.
– Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who takes initiative, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– CRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to manage and track interactions with prospects.

– Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and follow up with prospects in a timely manner.
– Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their benefits and address potential customer questions.
– Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve common goals.

Core Responsibilities:
– Identify companies matching our ideal customer profile and key contacts
– Maintain outbound communications with prospects via email, cold calling, and social selling
– Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals
– Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target customer
– Log and organize sales lead information in Hubspot
– Understand buyer personas and market needs
– Work with the sales team to prioritize efforts and refine strategies
– Occasionally run initial qualification calls for smaller accounts
– Own your performance and contribute to the sales team’s success
