ROLE:
Business Development & Sales Manager – Work From Home
JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Development/Sales Manager is an internal role for FMS. The successful candidate will be responsible for all of the sales of FMS including managing all of the sales activities 360. A few of the main duties are to identify key markets, stay on top of emerging trends, and collaborate with teams. Also develop sales reports for the entire company.

SCOPE OF WORK:
As a part of the “Sales & Business Development Team”, you would be required to interact with the client on prospects over the phone as well as through written correspondence. You would be required to prospect, propose, negotiate, close deals, and manage client accounts end-to-end.
Tech Savvy and know where to find clients over the internet and social media including Indeed and LinkedIn.
Responsible for getting/generating new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
Manage team targets and can generate good revenue.
Understand the requirement and client’s needs and shortlist suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
Work with Recruitment and Marketing teams
Maintain a pipeline full of sales.
Create sales reports that take a look at the company’s sales.
Develop long-term sales goals
Observe local and International trends in the market
QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of equivalent experience as well as an MBA preferred (but not a requirement)
Hard selling experience preferred
Have proven track record of doing sales
Good communication skills
Tech Savvy
Sales obsessed and hungry to close sales
A deep understanding of the market services/products
Great communication and presentation skills
Expert level interpersonal skills
Ability to accurately forecast sales
Leadership skills to manage and coach sales team
Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and technical skills
Be able to mentor and coach people
Ability to analyze data to find trends and problems

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Education: MBA preferred but Graduate of any course is fine as long as you have at least 3-5 years of equivalent experience or doing the same role.
Experience:
Business Development & Sales manager will have at least 5 years of experience as well as an MBA (but not a requirement). One of the most important skills that we are looking for should have the ability to create and maintain client relationships. Another skill is management as you will have to manage a huge list of clients and ensure their needs are taken care of.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must be comfortable working in night shift(US Time Zone)
