???? RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Reach out and connect with potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
* Finding and developing new markets and improving/increasing sales.
* Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
* Follow-up leads through phone call and email and close on sale.
* Developing quotes, introducing promotions, proposals, and opportunities for customers.
* Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
* Setting sales targets and implementing processes to achieve them.
* Understand the needs of your customers and the business, especially in the field of data science/ analytics, and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet set objectives.
???? QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Development and Sales Specialist or a similar role
* Proven experience with increasing sales/revenue, sales strategy, customer service, and business development.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and has the ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
* Knowledgeable in using Focus to track leads
* Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining the order of priority and self-initiating other value-adding tasks
* Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast paced environment.
