We’re a small, but fast-growing performance marketing startup led by an industry veteran and serial tech entrepreneur with a strong track record of growing successful digital media companies.
His last entrepreneurial effort in the same industry saw over $20M USD annually in revenue in just 18 months of operation (with most of our ops and engineering staff located in the Philippines).

THE ROLE
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced business development professional to seek our affiliate partnerships for us.
You will reach out via LinkedIn, Facebook, and forums like STM to discuss our company brand and encourage interested affiliates looking to promote their offers to work with us. You’ll take into consideration potential offer-audience fit (making sure their offer may resonate with our audience), discuss payouts, and help onboard affiliates.
Success in this role can lead to a full-time position with the company and one of the first hires as we build out our team in the Philippines.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
– 3+ years of business development experience utilizing LinkedIn, among other platforms
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of the English language
– Comfort with writing persuasive, but honest and transparent messages to encourage affiliates to do business with our brands (US-based companies)
– Proven experience and understanding of the affiliate marketing and/or lead generation industries
– Strong passion for getting the job done in the right way with clear communication, updates, and asking for help or clarification when needed (it’s always OK to ask for clarification)
– Help onboard affiliates (set expectations, answer questions, create their account, etc.)
– Understanding of affiliate marketing / performance marketing / lead generation lingo, slang, and metrics is a major plug (terms like CPL, CPA, EPC, scrub rate, landing page, offer funnel, postback/callback/webhook, pixels, etc.)
– Expertise in Excel and/or Google Sheets also a plus
– Experience in personal finance industry a plus
