Project Description:
We are seeking a skilled freelancer to support our expansion into the Philippine luxury villa short term / vacation rental market.

The project is divided into two main phases:

Phase 1: Market Overview

Objective:
Deliver a comprehensive report on the current market landscape for luxury villa rentals in key Philippine regions.

Tasks:
Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, demographic insights, and competitor positioning.
Compile data into a detailed report that includes graphical data presentations and executive summaries tailored to strategic decision-making.

Phase 2: Partnership Outreach

Objective:
Identify and initiate contact with potential property management companies and other relevant business partners in the region.
Tasks:

Develop a curated list of potential partners with a strategic alignment to our business objectives.
Begin initial outreach efforts to establish contact and gauge interest for forming potential partnerships.
Skills Required:
Fluency in both Tagalog and English is essential.
Proficiency in basic computer skills for data compilation and effective presentation (experience with Google Suite preferred).
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively network and initiate business relationships.
Ability to work efficiently and precisely under tight deadlines, delivering high-quality work.

Deliverables:
Market Research Report: Due within 2 – 3 weeks from the start of the project, detailing the market analysis with actionable insights.
List of Potential Partners: Complete with initial contact status, to be delivered within 2 weeks from the start of the project.

Communication:
Regular updates via email are expected twice a week.
Availability for a weekly review call to discuss progress and any immediate needs or adjustments.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a background in market research or business development, particularly within the real estate or hospitality sectors, and will be familiar with the Philippine market.

The successful freelancer will be detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take on the challenge of helping us grow in this new territory.
