We are looking for a Business Development Specialist focusing on Lead Generation and marketing to join our team. This role is highly involved in sourcing, engaging and nurturing potential leads. You will be assisting and reporting directly to the company’s Director and will be working alongside with our Finance and Operations personnel.

Having prior experience in lead generating tasks is critical. Preferably with direct experience in dealing with businesses in Australia Otherwise, please provide compelling experience and relevant skills that are transferable to our needs.

B. Key Responsibilities – nature of your work:
– List Building (Researching and Identifying potential customers)
-Outreach (Personalized email, Linkedin, SMS and calls)
-Content Creation (visual design, social media content, etc)
-Engage & improvise (responsiveness & reflect)
-Monitoring Conversion Rates (progress of client’s experience)
-Providing Insights and Improvement Plans Comment end

C. Work Arrangement – the commitment we are looking for:
– Follow Australian hours and holidays
– Available to work between 9am – 5pm Melbourne time
– Responsive and available during working hours
– 4-5 hours work day, 5 days per week
