We are searching for a Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and creating new business opportunities that drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, markets, and industry trends.
Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to develop strategic insights.
Identify and target potential clients or partners through various means, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Qualify leads and assess their suitability for potential business opportunities.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry contacts.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to secure new business deals.
Assist in developing and executing the company’s business development strategy.
Track and report on business development activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and deal closures.
Explore new geographic markets or industry segments for potential growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2-3+ years proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
