Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist with a proven track record in real estate cold calling to drive growth and expand our reach. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in a collaborative and supportive environment while making a tangible difference.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct cold calls to generate leads and foster new business opportunities.
– Demonstrate a positive, solution-oriented attitude in all interactions, overcoming objections and challenges with ease.
– Proactively manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and professionalism at all times.
– Update and maintain our database with accurate customer information and new lead data.
– Execute SMS and email marketing campaigns to engage with our database effectively.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience cold calling is essential.
– Strong communication skills with a mastery of the English language.
– Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
– Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools.
– Availability from 9am-5pm EST with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
– High-speed internet connection and access to VPN service.
Payment:
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation based on experience. We offer commission + base payment structures with additional incentives for meeting or exceeding performance targets.
