ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking highly experienced and organised virtual assistants to support our expanding business operations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in providing comprehensive support for daily operations, including document creation and formatting, spreadsheet management, handling ad hoc administrative tasks, and engaging in real-time collaboration with team members.

Additionally, proficiency in managing AI tools such as Dripify, , and Lemlist is required. The role will also involve a strong focus on client mapping and leads list building to contribute to our growth strategy. Furthermore, this position offers significant potential for career advancement, with opportunities to transition into leadership roles and mentor junior team members as our business continues to grow.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Perform various administrative tasks
– CRM Management
– Handle inquiries via email and other communication platforms
– Client Mapping
– Schedule appointments and meetings
– Provide technical support
– Create presentations and reports
– Email and Calendar Management
– Data entry and database management
– ATS Management & Sourcing

REQUIREMENTS:
– Must have a minimum of 3-year experience as a Sales Project Manager, Agency Recruiter or Business Development Representative or any related role
– Proficiency in G Suite tools and other productivity software is required (document, sheets, etc.)
– Familiarity with ATS (applicant tracking software) and customer relationship management tools (CRM)
– Experience with automation tools (Dripify, Zapier, etc), ATS and project management tools or software (Trello, Slack, etc.)
– A reliable computer with a camera and readily available working backup computer (at least core i5 processor, 8GB RAM or higher)
– Stable and reliable Internet Connection (Minimum of 25 Mbps)
– Quality over-ear headset with noise cancellation
