NOTE: THIS POSITION REQUIRES US PACIFIC STANDARD TIME HOURS – 7:00am to 4:00pm US Pacific Time.

Key Responsibilities
• Make over 75 daily B2B outbound cold calls to generate new leads.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Research and identify new prospects, adding them to our CRM.
• Qualify new leads and maintain a clean and organized CRM database of prospective clients.
• Participate in quarterly volunteering and social events to foster team camaraderie and community service.

Requirements
• Work US Pacific Standard Time hours – 7am to 4pm
• High school diploma required; college degree is a plus.
• Experience in B2B outbound calls or sales, with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and independent working skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a detail-oriented mindset.

Compensation
• Hourly wage + commissions for each appointment set and % of closed deals from appointments
