Compensation: $300/Month + 5% Commission

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand’s presence and increasing sales by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct thorough research on the beauty industry, consumer trends, and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and outreach to potential partners and customers.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and distributors, fostering trust and collaboration.

Sales Development: Qualify leads and work on converting them into clients by effectively presenting our beauty products and services.

Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements and sales contracts while ensuring that they align with our company’s goals and values.

Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent and strategic efforts.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead progress, sales activities, and market insights. Provide regular reports to the management team.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus.
