Documentation:
Ensure comprehensive documentation for every step of the recruitment process.
Create and manage job descriptions, interview schedules, evaluation forms, and offer letters.

Business Development
Business Development Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute business development strategies that align with our company’s vision and growth objectives. Identify new opportunities, target markets, and potential partnerships to expand our recruitment services.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to engage new clients. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to potential clients. Effectively communicate our unique value proposition and how our recruitment solutions can address their specific needs.
Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and inspire your recruitment team, providing clear direction, setting performance expectations, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, enabling them to excel in their roles.
Metrics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, such as client acquisition rates, revenue growth, and market share. Generate regular reports to inform decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of your strategies.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market changes.

Relationship Building:
Cultivate relationships with external talent sources, agencies, and institutions.
Collaborate with business development to identify potential partnerships.

Job Requirement Analysis:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and qualifications.
Identify key skills and experience required for each position.

Process Improvement:
Continuously refine recruitment processes for efficiency.

Lead Generation:
Proactively initiate cold calls to potential clients and prospects.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking events and online platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients for current and future hiring needs.

Offer Negotiation:
Extend offers, discuss compensation and benefits, and facilitate negotiations.

Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure team performance aligns with company objectives.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
Lead sourcing efforts through job boards, social media, and networks.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate suitability.

Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups between candidates and panels.
Ensure a seamless interview process, both virtual and in-person.

Candidate Communication:
Keep candidates updated on application status, provide feedback, and address inquiries.

Candidate Evaluation:
Assess skills, experience, and cultural fit through interview stages.
Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on evaluations.

Feedback and Decision Making:
Consolidate interview feedback and make informed hiring decisions.

Onboarding:
Collaborate with HR for smooth onboarding, paperwork, and initial training.

Data and Reporting:
Track recruitment metrics and generate reports on key hiring indicators.

Qualifications:
Minimum 05 years of experience in recruitment, with 03 years in a leadership role.
