Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, motivated and experienced Business Development VA with a minimum of 5 years + sales and closing background in the US, AU, and UK B2B Market Space. The candidate should have an excellent reputation for developing, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities to join our team on a full-time basis (8 hours per day). As a Business Development VA, you will play a crucial role in helping our business generate more sales, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive growth for MSaaS Agency and our clients. This position offers a compensation of $960/Month, with the potential for performance-based and other bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and lead generation: Researching and identifying potential clients, markets, and growth opportunities to generate new business leads
Pitching and presenting: Creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients to win new business opportunities
Negotiating contracts and agreements: Collaborating with management to negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships that support business growth objectives
End to end sales: Conduct market research to pitch and close accounts
Translate customer needs into solution requirements using powerful value propositions and negotiation skills

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5+ Years Experience in Business Development Sales (A Requirement)
– Proven experience as a Business Development Sales Associate or similar role.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., GoHighLevel, Sales Force, etc.) and other productivity tools.
– Excellent understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
– Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.

Bonus Skills (REQUIRED):
– Experience with social media marketing and lead generation tools.
– Excellent knowledge of sales funnel management.
– Excellent knowledge and experience in negotiating and closings
– Knowledge of email marketing platforms.
– Experience in market research and analysis

Terms:
Part-time, remote position (8 hrs/day, 5 Days/Week).
Monthly compensation: $960.00 per month
Performance-based bonus of $100 per signed client.
Christmas Bonus: $200
Quarterly Bonus: 10% of Gross Sales Every Quarter (If Company Meets Production Quota)
Discretionary bonus based on higher performance
