Your Role:
As a Business Funding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company’s operations. Your responsibilities will include handling client calls, managing appointments, enhancing our social media presence, optimizing online ads, connecting clients with suitable lenders.

What You’ll Do:

Engage with clients over the phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Efficiently schedule appointments for loan consultations.
Curate and share engaging content on our social media platforms and engage with our online community.
Create effective online advertisements targeting the right audience.
Manage office tasks, maintain client records, and generate reports.
Assist clients in identifying the most suitable lenders for their funding needs.

What You Need:

Previous experience in virtual assistant or office roles is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using communication tools like email and chat.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
Basic knowledge of online advertising is beneficial.
Comfortable using CRM software, Social Media, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, including remotely.
Knowledge of loans, finance, and credit repair is a significant advantage.
