Key Job Duties:

Data Analysis:
Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into understandable, actionable information.

Reporting and Dashboard Creation:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability in all reporting activities.

Data Visualization:
Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present information in a visually compelling and accessible manner.
Create intuitive visualizations that effectively communicate complex concepts.

Trend Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
Proactively identify opportunities and threats through continuous analysis of internal and external data.
Performance Measurement:
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track business performance.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and recommend improvements.

Data Management:
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability.
Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation.

Communication:
Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a shared understanding of data-driven insights.

Necessary Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence
Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus
