We are looking for a Business Intelligence Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. You’ll assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data using SQL to drive insights and support decision-making processes for digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Collect and organize data from various sources using SQL.
Clean, transform, and validate data for accuracy.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
Assist in developing dashboards and reports for data visualization.
Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical
support.
Assist client leads with campaign and ad management

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g. Matillion) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) a plus
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads a plus
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work.
Willingness to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Requirements:

Own computer (Windows 10 or higher, at least 8GB RAM and at least Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor)
Work-from-home experience
Noise-cancelling headset
Private, distraction-free environment
Reliable high-speed internet access (non-Wifi connection for computer)
Experience working from home in a high-level Financial role

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $1,200 to $1,500 per month, based on experience
