Trademark Global, headquartered in Lorain, OH, is a leading developer and supplier of branded consumer goods sold through the top 200 U.S. online retailers, such as Amazon and Click to view, and product categories include housewares, home décor, home textile, pet care, games, toys, sporting goods, and hardware etc. with significant growth opportunities.
Position Summary: Responsible for the design, implementation, and production support of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, ETL pipelines, and related Business Intelligence reporting tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Determine business needs for reports and data
• Build ETL pipelines to requirements and maintaining those pipelines
• Automate and maintain data processing pipelines including integration support
• Design, build, and publish reports for business users
• Learn and develop subject matter expertise on Trademark Global’s data
• Record and document implemented systems for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
• Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or similar bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience designing and implementing business intelligence systems in an enterprise environment
• Significant experience with MS SQL server, PowerBI, Azure Data Factory
• Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend information presented and respond thoughtfully.
• Detail-oriented focus to ensure accurate and complete results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for communicating with internal parties in a manner that is both articulate and professional.
• Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
• Ability to provide timely and empathetic help through in-person, phone/video, and email
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
• Experience with Azure Data resources (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Storage Accounts)
• Experience with Microsoft SSIS, SSRS
