Business Line Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven product specialist to join our fantastic team. Responsibilities include conducting market research and analyzing trends, performing product demonstrations to staff and customers, gathering feedback.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the products or services within the designated business line.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the business line.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the business line’s market.
Manage the budget and financial performance of the business line. Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify product or service enhancements, new offerings, or modifications to meet customer demands and stay competitive in the market.
Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales for the business line.
Provide support to the sales and marketing teams by offering product expertise, training, and marketing materials to help them promote and sell products or services effectively.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and performance of the business line.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and project management abilities.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and trends.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
