Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Manager/Marketer/Virtual Assistant to join our team. This multifaceted role will involve assisting the CEO with day-to-day tasks, managing the business and employees, and generating cold leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, marketing, and virtual assistance, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*15-30 hours/week*
Primary Work:
-Lead Generation for sales team
-Managing Sales team and other teams as needed
-Researching markets and software
-Managing and updating business tools like Notion, and various others
-Various virtual assistance tasks like creating documents or designs
Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to the owner, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
-Manage and coordinate the work of employees, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback as needed.
-Generate cold leads for the sales team through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and market research.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
-Assist in the development and execution of business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success and identify areas for improvement.
-Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the continued growth and success of the business.
Requirements:
-1 year in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
-Proven experience in business management, marketing, and/or virtual assistance.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proficient in project management tools and able to learn new software.
-Experience with social media management, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
-Familiarity with budgeting, financial forecasting, and data analysis.
-Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and the ability to maintain high-quality work under tight deadlines.
-Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to take on new tasks as needed.
