Vitawerks, Inc is a technology and services company helping solve the staffing issues plaguing the healthcare industry. We use technology to help healthcare providers find the best opportunity. We help Healthcare Facilities easily fill available shifts with higher productivity and no administrative burden.

The Business Operations Analyst//Manager will be responsible for supporting strategic efforts, new ventures and mission critical projects at the company. This is a highly cross functional role with extreme high visibility and ability to lead existing and new initiatives at the company.

This position works closely with the CEO and the President to perform various analyses and use data to inform strategic business decisions. Other core responsibilities are laid out below.

Your Responsibilities…
– Drive & execute mission-critical projects
– You will take ownership in solving some of the company’s most critical strategic problems, implementing new initiatives, and supporting cross functional teams.
– Turn insights into action:?You will develop strategic insights from our data and translate these insights into concrete implementation plans.
– Partner with senior management teams
– You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand problems and develop critical insights. You will go beyond the data to dig in and help operationally drive results.
– Produce and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial and business reports (as needed)
– Provide analysis, commentary and distribute reports to management. Gather and synthesize data from disparate sources to support the needs of Account Management, Sales, Business Development and Recruiting teams
– Assist in implementing and maintaining the Firm’s financial systems and processes
– Assist CEO and President in implementation and integration of new finance and business applications to drive efficiency and productivity
– Prepare ad hoc analysis and perform other duties as needed
– Manage various analytical projects with the company leadership

You’re a Good fit if…
– Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science or Mathematics preferred
– Experience dependent on the level

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities…
– Expert excel and presentation skills, advanced Excel skills with ability to gather, structure & analyze data sets using advanced queries, pivot tables, charting, etc.
– Ability to think strategically and tackle open-ended problems
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with courtesy, diplomacy and discretion
– Ability to juggle multiple projects, work well under stress and respond quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
– Effective problem solver capable of working both independently and in a team environment
– Demonstrated ability to maintain high ethical standards and strict confidentiality
– You find a reason to say “Yes”, you have a propensity towards action.
– Strong listening skills; ability to understand the “why” and get to what matters quickly
– Ability to go beyond the recommendation to execution; willingness to get into the details and do what it takes to “get it done”

– Strong stakeholder and project management skills to effectively influence and manage expectations with senior management and cross-functional teams
– Desire to learn – You’ll often be answering questions that have never been answered before, which requires a high level of intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to dive into new problems, domains, tools, and techniques
– Highly data driven in decision making. Ability to digest complex data and present findings in a clear manner that drives decision making and outcomes; experience with financial and strategic modeling
– Knowledge of Business Intelligence | Power BI Expert | My SQL | Python | Tableau
