What You’ll Do:
Help us keep an eye out for ways to improve: Provide feedback and assistance in implementing improvements to build out processes that support everyone being in flow.
Uphold our standards and expectation of problem-solving: Work with different members of the team to ensure that tasks are being completed well and efficiently.
Bring energy and curiosity to each morning: Continue the tradition of fun and interesting team huddles initiated by Kai, fostering a lively and engaging team culture.
Look out for the people by supporting us support the team: You’ll be actively involved in managing contracts, payroll, leave policies, and time off, ensuring everyone is well taken care of.
Oversee team well-being: Help us with coffee chats and ensure every team member feels they are part of the team and that they are working in or towards their flow state.
Hold an understanding of each of our clients: Keep abreast of who they are, what they are looking for, their issues, and what they expect from us and their projects. Our commitment to customer happiness is paramount, and we maintain a capacity of 2-3 clients to ensure excellence across the board. You’ll need to love and deeply understand the entrepreneurial spirit.
