Business Operations Assistant

We’re Hiring a Business Operations Assistant at Good Body Recovery MedSpa, a Post-Surgery, Lymphatic & Aesthetics MedSpa.

Good Body Recovery, a Cosmetic Post-Op, Lymphatic & Aesthetics MedSpa]. We are currently seeking a Business Operations Assistant to work with our team and help ensure that our administrative tasks are completed and the business functions as efficiently as possible.

REQUIREMENTS

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

Organize and reply to emails.
Respond to client inquiries and close sales.
Uploading and maintaining creative on company drive.
Scheduling social media for various platforms and in groups
Scheduling emails and campaigns in our CRM
Assist in building landing, sales, and check out pages in our CRM
Attend live webinars for technical & community support for CEO

The position requires:

Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner
Openness to learning new technologies and softwares
Positive energy
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work on weekends and in Eastern Standard Time.

The ideal candidate will:

Have knowledge of Vagaro, Wix.
Have knowledge of Outlook,Google Drive
Have knowledge in healthcare as a Registered Nurse
Be a self-starter who does not require micromanagement
Be comfortable learning new client management systems
Reliable, responsible, accountable
Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent
Passionate about the aesthetics industry and learning

**Knowledge of all softwares above is not required – just preferred.

Good Body Recovery is an Aesthetics MedSpa & wellness center focused on lymphatic massages, cosmetic post-opl recovery, offering services such as massage therapy, IV hydration, skincare, and weightloss services.
