We’re Hiring a Business Operations Assistant/Social Media Manager at Spa La La, a fast-growing day spa located in Austin, TX.

Spa La La, is a day spa dedicated to the highest quality Environ, Osmosis MD Holistic Skincare Services, and Amarte Korean Facials. We also offer Jet Plasma, Mesotherapy, Hydrafacials, Peels, and massage Therapy specializing in functional massage including Lymphatic Massage, Sports Massage, Ashiatsu, Deep Tissue, and Structural Bodywork techniques.

We are currently seeking a Business Operations Assistant to work with our team and help ensure that our administrative tasks are completed and the business functions as efficiently as possible.
REQUIREMENTS
Among other things, your responsibilities might include:
*Uploading and maintaining creative calendars for upcoming promotions on Canva/Google Docs
*Scheduling social media for various platforms/groups
*Scheduling emails and campaigns in MailChimp/ConvertKit
*Assist in building landing pages
*Attend webinars/workshops for technical & community support
*Hold office hours once a week to go over the week’s tasks
*Knowledge of posting Facebook Ads (creating targeted audiences)/willingness to learn
*Manage Instagram DM’s

The position requires:
*Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner
*Openness to learning new technologies and softwares
*Positive energy
*Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
*Ability to work on weekends and in Central Standard Time

The ideal candidate will:
*Knowledge of Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Loom (which we use to communicate quite often)
*Have knowledge of MailChimp (current email software)/ConvertKit (software we will be switching to in the near future)
*Be a self-starter who does not require micromanagement
*Be able to meet strict deadlines on any campaigns being run
*Strong follow-up skills are a must
*Be comfortable learning new client management systems if necessary
*Reliable, responsible, accountable
*Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent
*Passionate about the Aesthetics industry/learning more about it
*Not afraid to ask questions

**Knowledge of all software listed above is not required – just preferred**

SUMMARY:
Detailed training provided on products, services, and technology used in our business. This is a part-time position (15-20 hours per week) with the possibility to grow into full-time based on performance.
