Business Operations Assistant/ Virtual Assistant

We’re Hiring a Business Operations Assistant at Rejuvenate Skincare Studio a results-driven skincare studio that specializes in facial treatments, lashes, spray tans, and makeup.

Rejuvenate Skincare Studio, a results-driven skincare studio that specializes in facial treatments, spray tans, and makeup.
We are currently seeking a Business Operations Assistant to work with our team and help ensure that our administrative tasks are completed and the business functions as efficiently as possible.
REQUIREMENTS:
Among other things, your responsibilities will include:
Managing contact lists on Glossgenius and Convert Kit
Uploading and maintaining creative on company blog
Research social media trends
Respond to social media posts and go through social media followers
Assist in building landing, sales, and check out pages in our CRM
Upload and adjust retail products on ecommerce store
The position requires:
Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner
Openness to learning new technologies and softwares
Positive energy
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work on occasional weekends and in Central Standard Time
The ideal candidate will:
Have knowledge of Squarespace
Have knowledge of GlossGenius
Have knowledge of ConvertKit
Be a self-starter who does not require micromanagement
Be comfortable learning new client management systems
Reliable, responsible, accountable
Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent
Passionate about the aesthetics industry and learning
**Knowledge of all softwares above is not required – just preferred.
Rejuvenate Skincare Studio opened in August of 2016. I wanted to create a unique, judgment free, relaxing spa that also is results driven for my clients. I believe Rejuvenate is more than just a traditional spa. It is a place where you can feel confident again and also relax.
My mission at Rejuvenate Skincare Studio is to create a relaxing environment; where women struggling with dull, aging skin receive empowering and results driven treatments that bring out their natural beauty. I am here to serve your skincare and makeup needs; from creating a timeless, naturally radiant look on a bride’s wedding day to the women looking to radiate with confidence again.

Flexibility – We know that the 9-5 schedule doesn’t always work for moms – especially with virtual school happening. While there are certain meetings, calls, and projects that have a specific schedule required, many do not which allows you to work at the times that are most convenient for you and your family.
