We are seeking a highly experienced Business Operations Consultant to help us scale our operations, optimize processes, and build a plug-and-play system that supports growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
– Assess Current Operations: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows.
– Develop Scalable Systems: Design and implement scalable operational strategies that align with our business goals.
– Establish Metrics and KPIs: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments and set up systems for tracking and analyzing these metrics.
– Create Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure team members are proficient with new systems and processes.
– Document Processes: Produce detailed documentation and operational manuals to support plug-and-play functionality.
– Ongoing Support and Consultation: Provide continuous consultation and support to ensure successful implementation and adaptation of new systems.
Key Positions and Responsibilities:
1. Operations Manager
– KPIs: Client retention rate, class attendance rates, staff productivity, operational efficiency, member feedback scores.
– Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, manage schedules, optimize operational processes.
2. Assistant Sales Manager
– KPIs: Sales conversion rates, lead follow-up rates, team performance metrics, revenue targets.
– Responsibilities: Support the Sales Manager, manage sales team performance, track sales metrics, and ensure targets are met.
3. Inside Sales Representative
– KPIs: Number of sales calls made, conversion rates, new memberships acquired, follow-up rates.
– Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, follow up on leads, convert prospects into members, maintain CRM updates.
4. Client Support Specialist
– KPIs: Client satisfaction scores, response times, issue resolution rates, retention rates.
– Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, address client concerns, ensure high client satisfaction, and assist with client retention efforts.
5. Large Group Coaches
– KPIs: Class attendance, client engagement levels, client feedback scores, retention rates.
– Responsibilities: Lead group fitness sessions, maintain high energy and engagement, ensure client safety, and provide feedback to clients.
6. Six Week Challenge Assistants
– KPIs: Enrollment numbers, challenge completion rates, client progress tracking, feedback scores.
– Responsibilities: Assist with program enrollment, track client progress, motivate clients, and provide support throughout the challenge.
7. Fitness Program Manager
– KPIs: Program enrollment, client satisfaction, program completion rates, feedback scores.
– Responsibilities: Develop and oversee fitness programs, ensure program quality, track client progress, and adjust programs based on feedback.
8. Personal Training Director
– KPIs: Personal training session bookings, client satisfaction, trainer performance metrics, revenue from personal training.
– Responsibilities: Manage personal trainers, oversee training programs, ensure high client satisfaction, and drive personal training revenue.
Systems and Processes to Develop:
– Sales and Marketing: Create a streamlined lead generation and conversion system, develop a robust CRM for tracking prospects, and design automated marketing campaigns.
– Operations: Implement a project management tool for workflow optimization, establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and develop a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
– Client Success: Design a client onboarding process, create a progress tracking system, and develop a client feedback and referral program.
– Training and Development: Build a training and certification program for staff, develop a mentorship system for continuous improvement, and create engagement initiatives to maintain high energy levels.
– Business Development: Develop a strategic partnership framework, create a market expansion plan, and implement a business intelligence system for tracking growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in business operations consulting, with a strong background in the fitness or wellness industry.
– Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
– Expertise in process optimization and systems implementation.
– Strong communication and training abilities.
– Ability to deliver actionable insights and practical solutions.
– Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
