Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee and manage our operations and teams, including cinema screenings, virtual events, embassy screenings, marketing, and promotions. The ideal candidate will be a senior business manager with a track record of surpassing sales and performance KPIs, working to sales forecasts, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO to quickly grow and expand the business. We work with industry-leading companies on well-known film titles, making this an opportunity to be part of a growing disruptor in the film industry.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all operational aspects, ensuring smooth execution of cinema screenings, virtual events, and marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and reach new audiences.
Assist in growing our team as we expand and take on new challenges.
Requirements:

Senior business management experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales and performance targets.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to work to sales forecasts and drive business growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
Experience with CRM (Active Campaign), social media, funnels, lead generation, and team leadership.
A quick learner with a keen interest in the film industry and a passion for driving social change.
Top-level English spoken, written, and presentation skills.
