Business Operations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Operations Manager to lead our company’s operations and drive growth. This role combines the responsibilities of Business Development, Implementation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies, managing and optimizing all aspects of our business operations, from identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans, managing cross-functional teams and projects, analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to designing and implementing effective business processes and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies that will drive growth and profitability
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions
Analyze existing business practices and identify areas for improvement
Identify new business opportunities and assess their potential for success
Develop and maintain SOPs for all aspects of business operations
Collaborate to design and implement effective business processes and workflows
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Provide training and support to staff on new processes and procedures

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
10+ years of experience in business development, implementation, and SOP development
5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
