However, we are currently significantly under-staffed with many competing priorities, many of which fall back on the CEO whose time is very scarce.

We are looking for a Business Process Improvement Manager who will be part of an autonomous Business Process Management & Improvement (BPMI) team to take over all of the below-mentioned responsibilities, systemize related processes, and delegate the tasks once appropriate.
As the Business Process Improvement Manager, you will co-found and co-lead this small but impactful team crucial to our business operations and growth.

**TOP Responsibilities**
STRATEGIC PLANNING
• Routinely conduct strategic planning to prioritize top projects and deliverables based on the company’s vision and highest and best use of resources.
• Create complete plans of action for top quarterly projects/deliverables, including clear, measurable results, assigned values, due dates, and assignees.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS, PROCESS DEVELOPMENT & IMPROVEMENT
• Develop and continuously refine the process improvement framework.
• Define the ‘Formula For Success’ (FFS), audit the current state, and design, perform, test, and optimize processes until they meet the FFS.
• Systemize, automate, and delegate processes.
• Develop/update interactive business process maps and SOPs for processes.
• Install feedback loops: document assumptions and track results to validate/invalidate.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION
• Effectively manage available resources, separating individual contributions from project management and support responsibilities.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.

OPERATIONS EXECUTION
• Perform all required functions of the business until the delegation is appropriate (admin, compliance, legal, HR, eCommerce, supply chain management, reporting, ad-hoc projects).
• Real estate property management and ad-hoc projects.
• Handle financial tasks: reporting, bill pay, payroll, bookkeeping, and tracking KPIs.
• Provide CEO support: handle personal and business ‘chores’ to free the CEO’s time.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & OPERATING SYSTEM
• Continuously improve the interactive and comprehensive knowledge database, the company’s ‘second brain’, to include ever-developing business intelligence (decision-making principles, relevant data, process frameworks, etc.).
• Continuously improve the Business Operating System and internal optimal performance guidelines.

This is a full-time, fully remote position with 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri) working hours, initially working US EST business hours The compensation is Php 80,000-Php 150,000 per month, depending on experience.
