Job Description & Tasks:
– Build solidified relationships with existing Clientele base, execute Retention Practices to ensure over-all key accounts satisfaction and continued business growth by creating ways for them to make repeat orders, get their commitment when they open new locations and refer us to their connections.
– Represent the company well in his/her email messaging, calls and online events with the highest level of standards; make necessary calls for new prospects and existing ones.
– Efficiently manage the business-to-business (B2B) end to end sales process.
– Perform research on the different market segments suitable for our business, and about the B2B competitors knowing their strengths and weaknesses.
– Project management skills to be able to manage the Business Development Pipedrive.
– Problem-solving skills, create strategic campaigns to effectively reach out to prospects and to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
– Knowledge on different online, sales, lead management and CRM tools (required)
– Continuously study the current trends in creating efficient ways to generate leads from different platforms such as websites, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, relationship with existing accounts and other. Must have the ability and skill to unlock new market segments.
– Create weekly report that contain substantial and essential information on data and analytics, weekly activities and successes, industries / customers / competitors, spout (new prospects), bucket (backlog), installations and services and data must be justified during presentation to the Directors
Qualifications:
– Must have necessary equipment and tools for a work-from-home setup
– Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and retention
– Confident, smart, fluent in speaking and writing in English – working abroad experience is a plus.
– Great analytical skills and attention to details; critical and strategic thinking
– Strong work ethic, professionalism and responsiveness
– Pro-active, pleasing personality and can blend well in the team
– Must have at least 5 years Sales Experience and 3 years Business Development Experience
– Technical, accountable and result-driven
– Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software.
