Business Strategist

POWERFUL IMPACT is searching for an experienced Business Strategist to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategies and creating related business documentation.

The ideal candidate will be able to take a business concept, research the opportunities and risks, and how to execute the idea. Then based on their understanding of the business, create business plans, decks, surveys, pro-forms, etc., to explain or validate the idea, increase and improve revenue, analyze existing challenges and business strategies, and ultimately providing recommendations for growth.

Responsibilities:
– Develop strategic plans to help improve the client and company’s goals, targets, and profitability.
– Developing new business opportunities by researching industry trends, identifying potential markets, and analyzing customer needs
– Developing operational plans to ensure efficient use of company resources while achieving business goals
– Developing and implementing a strategic plan that aligns with organizational goals
– Measuring the success of business strategies through metrics such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention rates
– Developing Powerful Impact’s culture and corporate identity, and strategic plans
– Conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth within existing markets or identification of new markets to enter
– Consulting with management to help them achieve their business objectives
– Identifying environmental factors that could impact the organization’s ability to achieve its goals and recommending solutions to mitigate risk

Requirements:
– 3+ years of relevant experience is a must.
– Solid industry expertise within a high-tech or consulting environment, preferably also digital marketing.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills.
– Strong leadership skills.
– Excellent communication skills. You should be able to synthesize complex information quickly and simply
– Ability to envision the future and influence long-term strategic choices
– Analytical and problem-solving skills.
