BUSINESS SUPPORT SPECIALIST (WITH ADMIN EXPERIENCE IN A BPO)
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000
Location: CEBU IT PARK, CEBU CITY
Goals of the position:
? Responsible for performing routine administrative and processing tasks in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining relevant and accurate records for audit and reference purposes.
? Responsible for delivering standard service expectations, provide support across a diverse range of business activities and business initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
?Maintain relevant records and documentation for audit and reference purposes
?Management of office procedures including invoices, generation of purchase orders, arranging authorizations and approvals, preparing and typing correspondence, arranging travel and accommodation, and event organization.
?Order equipment, supplies and material within prescribed process and in a timely and accurate manner
?Administer the end-to-end asset management procedure and maintain updated asset inventory re-port.
?Administer and report on expenditure for allocated budget (if allocated)
?Co-ordination of relevant events and ad-hoc projects required
?Seek approval on final reports/presentations from relevant stakeholders on allocated
projects/assignments
?Screen telephone calls and emails and direct (if applicable) to relevant delegate

?Accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned by superior according to the need of the Company.

Job Specific Requirements
?Formal Qualifications: Experience working in an administrative role
?Microsoft Office literate.
?Experienced and skilled within administration function.
? Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm in disposition and composed under stress.
?Knowledge and understanding of telephone systems.
Skill/Technical Expertise Performing Office Administration
?Manages office operations to enable smooth functioning of office administration activities
?Prioritizes service requests to drive timely completion
?Executes accurate and efficiency completion of routine administration tasks (organization
of records, supplies, files)
?Acts as a point of reference for administration tasks and processes
Managing Events and Logistics
?Checks and communicates itineraries, plans, schedules and run sheets to ensure stakeholders are aware of what to expect
?Sends calendar invitations and books meeting rooms to support organization of business events
?Leverages enabling technology to coordinate internal meetings and events
Writing Effectively
?Coordinates and drafts accurate documents and correspondence for executive review and sign off.
?Prepares documents and reports for key stakeholders using appropriate application, design, and layout requirements.
