Job Summary:

The Business System Analyst is the key resource in configuring the Sharecare platform for clients. This position reports to the Sr. Business System Analyst Lead and works directly with Sr. BSAs who gather requirements. This is an implementation role with primary functions related to digital configuration.

The ideal candidate will have all the requisite experience to manage these responsibilities. The ideal candidate will excel at flawless client configurations and critical thinking to catch any errors or issues in requirements.

Essential Job Functions:
• Configure system settings and options.
• Analysis of requirements while configuring.
• Review/Test own work for accuracy.
• Attention to detail is key.

Specific Skills/ Attributes:
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Inclination to take initiative, set priorities, take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives and independently drive for results.
• Strong orientation to detail.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or similar field highly preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience configuring digital features.
• Demonstrated multi-tasking various priorities for various accounts.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Previous digital platform configuration experience.
