We’re looking for a Go High Level expert with experience creating, editing, and optimizing sub-accounts, workflows, calendars, source-tracking, and other aspects of the platform, as well as integrating services like or Zapier to expand the functionality further.
You MUST already know Go High Level and how to perform basic setup, usage, and optimization of platform features.
More specifically, you should already know the following:
– How to automate sub-account setup via automations (using , Zapier, or native GHL functionality)
– How to set up calendars and the many ways they can be used, depending on a business’ needs
– The difference between the different types of calendars and when it’s appropriate to use each
– How to create, edit, or optimize automations for a variety of different business scenarios,
– How to use custom values (create and implement within sub-account setup and optimizations)
– How to track contact sources and activity within the various functions of the platform
– How to setup Twilio, MailGun, and Cloudflare integrations
– How to use the Social Marketing calendars and associated functionality
– How to extend the functionality of GHL using services like and/or Zapier
– How to build “nice-looking” funnels and websites using the GHL builder
– How to use Javascript and CSS to optimize the platform and its functionality and appeal to users
– How to continually learn ways to utilize the platform better to help our clients and our internal business grow.
You should also feel comfortable doing the following:
– Communicating directly with customers/clients about their GHL account via email, phone, or Zoom when necessary
– Having conversations in English, both written and spoken.
– Creating SOPs around the various processes or procedures we’re creating and plan to create
– Creating process flows/maps using a tool like to map our workflows and automations
– Taking initiative when it comes to offering suggestions for improving existing workflows, campaigns, or processes
– Provide customer support as needed
– Lead product demos as needed
– Lead support calls w/ groups of customers as needed
– Provide daily and weekly updates on activities and projects
– Communicating with our team via various channels – Slack, email, phone, Zoom, etc.

While the position MAY start out part-time, you would ideally be able to work full-time.
You must have a fast, stable Internet connection, and a “robust” computer with HD video and audio capabilities (internal or external to the computer is fine).
There will be a 2-week trial during which you’ll complete specific projects to determine your ability to:
– Understand projects assignments and expected deliverables
– Complete assigned project deliverables
– Communicate any questions about assigned projects or issues that might arise during the project
– Provide daily and weekly updates on activities and progress on assigned projects
– Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement in internal processes, snapshots, workflows, etc.

During the initial “test phase” the pay will be $200/wk. If all goes well, that will increase to $300/wk. Based on performance, the goal would be to increase that to $400/wk within 4-6 months, dependent upon performance and ability to add value to the company via completing projects on time, and proactively recommending improvements to process and/or customer deliverables.
