Work Hours: Monday – Friday, PST or EST, 40 hours a week.
Pay Range: $700-$800 a month USD (+13 Month Pay)
Role Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated B2B Representative to focus on driving sales through both inbound and outbound strategies. Your primary responsibilities include lead qualification, sales pitching, and closing deals. This role requires strong sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage client relationships. You will be a key player in achieving our sales targets and expanding our business reach.
This position is 100% remote, offering a balanced work-life environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Sales and Lead Conversion:
– Actively engage in inbound and outbound sales calls.
– Skillfully convert leads into appointments and sales opportunities.
– Utilize a strategic sales approach to identify customer needs and offer solutions.
– Conduct discovery video calls, using a script and form to gather essential information.
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring a smooth sales process.
– Represent the company as the first point of contact, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
Data and CRM Management:
-Maintain and update client information in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Administrative Expertise:
– Oversee some social media interactions related to sales and promotions.
– Support a maximum of 5 video meetings per day, averaging 2-3 daily.
– Demonstrate high organizational skills and self-starting capabilities.
– Collaborate with the sales team via Slack to manage the flow of information.
– Process customer payments and manage credit card transactions.
Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or similar sales-focused roles.
– Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
– Proactive, independent, and with a strong initiative to drive sales.
– Superior time management, organizational skills, and adaptability.
– Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with experience working with American businesses.
– Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and standard office tools.
– A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a full-time remote position.
– Exceptional remote work ethic, collaborative spirit, and meticulous attention to detail.

– Functional webcam and headset for professional video calls.
