Skills needed:
• Data Entry
• Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks

• Salesforce or Shopify experience preferred; SF will do
Responsibilities:
Data Entry
• PO entry or changes
• Creating weekly reports and statistical recaps, as needed
• Weekly collection or product sales recaps
• Weekly inventory reports for all brands
• Weekly on-order report or warehouse capacity forecast
• Campaign performance tracker
• Gross margin checks
• Other ad-hoc reports
Maintain vendor relationships
• Following up with incoming shipments
• Sending out purchase orders
• Following up with chargebacks and order issues
• Ensuring invoices are paid on time
Maintaining a close relationship with the warehouse
• Ensure goods are received on time
• Quality check merchandise as needed
Maintaining the work-in-progress collections document
• Work with buyers or vendors on gathering cost, retail, units, and other information for new products
• Update doc with ETAs, PO status, and sample tracking
