Job Description

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant to support the Acquisitions Business Manger in daily operations and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities:**
Communication
– Speak with our business partners & sellers via phone to collect data, provide updates and prepare reports, minimizing the need for the CEO and Business Manager to follow up.
– Ensure clear and effective communication between our acquisitions and property management teams.

Financial Management:
– Create and update spreadsheets to monitor our investments, properties, and lending activities.
– Maintain records of lending, including dates and return schedules.

Administrative Tasks:
– Check in with the Business Manager daily to identify tasks that need to be prioritized.
– Audit and organize the Google Drive.
– Categorize and file important emails into appropriate folders.
– Input contact information for Sellers, Wholesalers, and Utility companies into our online rolodex system, DEX.

Presentations and Documentation:
– Assist in updating our monthly lender reports.
– Use Google Suites to maintain and present data.

Operational Support:
– Help maintain smooth operations across all of the CEO’s businesses.
– Utilize Trello to manage projects and track our properties.
– Assist in on-boarding new properties and starting auto-pay bills for all utilities.
– Providing various supports to the Business Manager during the stabilization period of a new property.

**Requirements:**
– Highly experienced in working with C-level executives as Executive Assistant.
– Strong presentation and communication skills.
– Adequate proficiency in English for effective phone communication and correspondence.
– Ability to maintain detailed records and manage spreadsheets.
– Experience with real estate transactions is a plus.

**Preferred Skills:**
– Familiarity with Google Suites.
– Familiarity with Slack
– Experience in real estate loan transactions and documents.
– Experience using Trello for project management.
