CAD Drawer and Renderer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Drawer and Renderer to join our dynamic design team on a project-based contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and visually compelling CAD drawings and renderings for furniture design and interior design projects. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to translate concepts into detailed technical drawings and photorealistic renderings.

Key Responsibilities:

Create Detailed CAD Drawings:

Develop precise 2D and 3D CAD drawings for furniture pieces and interior layouts based on design specifications and client requirements.
Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and company guidelines.

Produce High-Quality Renderings:

Generate photorealistic renderings of furniture designs and interior spaces using advanced rendering software.
Collaborate with the design team to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes in visual presentations.
Collaborate with Design Team:

Maintain Design Documentation:

Ensure all CAD drawings and renderings are properly documented, organized, and stored according to company procedures.
Update and revise existing drawings and renderings as needed to reflect changes in design or client requirements.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in CAD software, rendering techniques, furniture design, and interior design.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino)
Experience with rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Blender, 3ds Max)
Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Experience in furniture design and/or interior design is preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
