Blue Pearl Mortgage Group is looking for a reliable and personable Call Centre Agent
to join our team of dedicated agents. If you have excellent communication skills,
patience, and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail, we want
you on our team! As a Call Centre Agent, your role will involve nurturing our existing
leads to keep them engaged and transferring calls to brokers to take the
application.

How your day at work will look like:
-Build relationships while remaining professional when dealing with clients and
co-workers.
-Contacting potential clients and having quality conversations with provided
leads.
-Understand and adapt to changes in mortgage options and follow up with
clients.
-Engage clients to discover their needs and create unique solutions.
-Live transfer calls to Broker to take the application.
-Record and update customer information in the CRM.

Qualifications
-Ability to use multiple software platforms, including CRM software and Microsoft
Office suite.
