Job Overview:
As a Call Center Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by qualifying prospective clients for our lawyers. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone calls and SMS messages and qualifying them to ensure they meet the minimum requirements our lawyers demand. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and ask a series of qualifying questions for our lawyers.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources.
Utilize scripts and sales techniques to effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services and persuade clients to speak with the lawyers.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system with appointment details and relevant information.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for live transfers.
Continuously strive to improve performance by seeking feedback, participating in training sessions, and staying updated on product/service offerings.
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a call center or sales environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant and persuasive demeanor.
Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
