Job Summary:
As a Virtual Assistant for our junk removal business, you will play a vital role in handling incoming calls, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating the dispatch of our skilled removal teams. Your exceptional communication skills, organizational abilities, and customer-oriented approach will contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations, ensuring client satisfaction and streamlined logistics.
Responsibilities:
Call Handling: Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. Address customer queries, provide information about our services, pricing, and scheduling options. Resolve complaints or direct them to the appropriate team member for resolution.
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers in a friendly and helpful manner to foster positive relationships and enhance customer experience.
Dispatch Coordination: Receive service requests and assign jobs to the appropriate junk removal teams based on location, availability, and specific requirements.
Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the daily schedule of junk removal teams to ensure optimal utilization of resources and timely service delivery.
Data Entry: Accurately record and maintain customer information, service requests, and other relevant data using our internal systems.
Follow-up: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Troubleshooting: Address any issues or challenges related to dispatch and customer service promptly and effectively, seeking guidance from supervisors when needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other virtual assistants and team members to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous Experience: Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
